Turning
Positioning, giving way when turning left, and swinging out with a long vehicle.
Turning is the manoeuvre where the most mistakes with consequences happen — because your path crosses those of oncoming traffic, cyclists and pedestrians. That is why the law describes it in very concrete terms.
