FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are these the same questions as the real exam?
They come from the official question set published by the Czech Ministry of Transport for category B. The test structure — 25 questions, 50 points, 30 minutes and a 43-point pass mark — follows Decree No. 167/2002 Coll.
Is it really free?
The tests are — every question with its correct answer, real-format tests, tests from your mistakes, statistics and the progression system are free, in Czech and English. Paid extras are a subscription (full explanations, spoken tests, the course and daily lessons, the exam with an interpreter) and one-to-one consultations. See the pricing page.
Do I need to register?
Yes, taking tests requires an account — it is free and takes an email or a Google sign-in. Without one the app has nowhere to store your answers, and those are exactly what it uses to build tests from your mistakes and estimate your readiness. Browsing questions with their correct answers and the hardest-questions ranking works without signing in.
What does the "error rate" on a question mean?
The share of students who answered that question incorrectly. It is calculated from anonymous answers in the app and refreshed daily. The higher the figure, the more treacherous the question.
Can I translate a question into English during a test?
Yes. Each question has a language toggle. Switching costs neither points nor time — the clock keeps running and the answer is scored as normal. You can switch back to Czech at any point.
I found a mistake in a question. What now?
There is a "Report a mistake" button both in the test and on the question page. Pick what is wrong, optionally add a note, and we will review and fix it.
How does the "from my mistakes" test work?
The app records how you answered every individual question. In this mode it prioritises the ones you got wrong before, then tops the test up so it still matches the official structure.
Does this replace a driving school?
No. It prepares you for the theory part of the exam. Practical training, the oral exam and driving lessons all still require a driving school.
