Terms of use and terms of sale
Effective from 29 October 2026
These terms govern the use of the ucitelautoskoly.cz website and the Učitel autoškoly app (the “service”) and the purchase of subscriptions. They apply from 29 October 2026. This is a translation; if the versions differ, the Czech version prevails.
1. Operator
The service is operated and subscriptions are sold by Autoškola MeGo, s.r.o., registered office Palackého třída 924/105, 612 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 23497297, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 146219, not registered for vat, e-mail info@ucitelautoskoly.cz. We are not registered for VAT; all prices are final.
2. What the service offers
Practice questions for the Czech driving theory exam (category B) in Czech and English are free and need no registration. An account is required to save progress, join a driving school, play duels and use paid content.
A subscription unlocks digital content: explanations of questions, spoken tests, the course and daily lessons, the exam with an interpreter, the ALL IN bundle and the course for future driving instructors. The content and prices of each plan are listed on the pricing page.
The service is a study aid. It does not replace driving school lessons or the law in force, and it does not guarantee that you pass the exam. We take the questions from publicly available sources and check them continuously; still, a question or explanation may occasionally not match the current wording of the law. The law in force always prevails.
The section for future driving instructors is in beta. It may contain minor errors which we fix continuously. Please report any error to info@ucitelautoskoly.cz.
3. User account
You create an account with an e-mail and password or with your Google account. Give true details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Accounts are for people aged 15 or over; younger people need the consent of a parent or guardian. A subscription may be bought by an adult, or by a minor with the consent of a parent or guardian.
You can delete your account at any time in the app settings. Deleting the account does not cancel a running subscription — cancel it first under Subscription (see section 6).
We may block or delete an account that misuses the service, in particular by bypassing security, scraping content, sharing paid access with others or publishing unlawful or offensive content. If a paid subscription ends this way through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of the price.
4. Posts, driving schools and duels
You can publish your own tip under a question. Other users see the post together with the name on your account (for an account without a name, the part of the e-mail before the @). You are responsible for what you post; it must not break the law or the rights of others. We may hide or delete posts that are reported or break these terms. By posting you give us a free non-exclusive permission to display the post in the service.
When you join a driving school with its code, the staff of that school can see your name, e-mail and progress summary. Classmates only see an anonymous leaderboard. You can leave the school at any time.
In a duel your opponent sees your name, number of correct answers and time.
Tests you submit earn points on the public student leaderboard (day, week, month, year). On the leaderboard you appear only under a nickname — generated, or one you choose in the app. A nickname must not contain another person’s real name, links or insults; we may change an unsuitable nickname.
5. Subscription, price and payment
The subscription contract is made when you pay the order on the payment page. Before paying you see the plan name, the price and the length of the period. Prices are in CZK and are final.
You pay by card (or Apple Pay / Google Pay) through the Stripe payment gateway. Only Stripe processes your card details; we never see or store them. Stripe e-mails you the payment confirmation and receipt.
The subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length (1 month for most plans, 3 months for the instructor course) and the price is charged to the same card at the start of each period until you cancel.
If we want to change the price of a running subscription, we will tell you by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies only from the next period and you can cancel before then.
The ALL IN bundle also includes one-off perks: a 25% discount code for a book in the MeGo e-shop (valid 12 months, single use) and 25% off your first consultation. Perks are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. When you buy ALL IN, separate plans of the same language are cancelled at the end of their paid period so you do not pay twice.
6. Cancelling the subscription
You can cancel at any time with one click in the app under Subscription → Manage subscription, or by e-mail to info@ucitelautoskoly.cz. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — until then you keep access and no further payment is taken.
No refund is given for a period already paid, except in the cases in sections 7 and 8 and where the law requires it.
7. Right of withdrawal
A consumer can usually withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right does not apply under section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code if the content was made available with the consumer’s prior express consent before the period ended and the consumer was told that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
Before paying you therefore ask for the content to be made available immediately and confirm that you acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal. The content unlocks right after payment. We store this consent and the version of the terms with your order.
If you did not give this consent or the content was not made available to you, you can withdraw within 14 days of payment by e-mail to info@ucitelautoskoly.cz. We refund the money within 14 days using the same payment method.
8. Defects and complaints
We are responsible for the digital content matching its description, working and being available for the whole paid period. If something does not work (content does not unlock, audio does not play, a question contains an error), write to info@ucitelautoskoly.cz describing the problem and the e-mail of your account.
We handle complaints without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest. We fix the defect; if that is not possible or takes unreasonably long, you are entitled to a reasonable discount or — for a material defect — to withdraw and get back the price for the time the content could not be properly used. Individual errors in questions that we correct are not a material defect.
The service may be briefly unavailable due to maintenance or provider outages. If it is unavailable for more than 3 days in a row, we extend your subscription by the same time or refund the proportional part of the price.
9. Copyright
The texts of explanations, courses and lessons, the audio recordings, graphics and software of the service are protected by copyright. A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own study during the subscription. You may not copy, scrape, distribute, sell or share the content with others without our written consent.
10. Liability
We are not liable for the result of your exam or for damage caused by relying on the content instead of the law in force. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
11. Driving schools (businesses)
A driving school can create its own class in the app and follow its students’ progress. The paid plan for driving schools is agreed separately; its price and conditions are on the For driving schools page and it is invoiced to the school’s company ID. Consumer protection provisions do not apply to driving schools as businesses.
A driving school is responsible for how it handles the student data it sees in the app (name, e-mail, progress summary) and uses it only to teach those students.
12. Disputes
We handle complaints at info@ucitelautoskoly.cz. Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.cz. Consumers from other EU countries can also contact the European Consumer Centre Czech Republic (www.evropskyspotrebitel.cz).
Consumer protection is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) and data protection by the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
13. Final provisions
The contract is governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and the Consumer Protection Act. This does not deprive a consumer from another EU country of the protection given by the law of their country.
The contract is concluded in Czech or English depending on the app language. If the versions differ, the Czech version prevails. The terms valid at the time of your order are available on this page; we will e-mail older versions on request.
We may change these terms for an important reason (change of law, new features, change of offer). We will announce a change affecting a running subscription by e-mail at least 30 days in advance; if you disagree, you can cancel.
These terms are effective from 29 October 2026.
