Meaning under the Decree

Suitable wording or a symbol on the supplementary plate specifies or limits the meaning of the traffic sign above it. Where the plate uses the term "local access traffic", this means vehicles providing supplies or medical, repair, maintenance, municipal and similar services, vehicles carrying a person with a severe disability, taxis, and vehicles whose drivers, operators or passengers have their residence, accommodation, registered office or property in the places beyond the sign. Where the plate uses the term "deliveries", this means vehicles providing supplies or medical, repair, maintenance, municipal and similar services, and vehicles carrying a person with a severe disability. Where placed beneath the sign "Advance sign for a rest area", "Advance sign for the turn-off to a rest area" or "Sign for the turn-off to a rest area", the plate may also give the name of the operator of the filling station and catering facility at the rest area.
