Road number

Meaning under the Decree

The sign gives the class and number of the road. A number from 1 to 99 denotes a first-class road; a three-digit number denotes a second-class road; third-class roads are not usually shown on the sign. To indicate the direction to a particular road, the sign is used in a version with a broken box.
