Advance direction sign before a turning

Meaning under the Decree

Before the turning point, the sign gives the destination or destinations and the number of lanes in the turning direction. Where placed above the carriageway, the arrows also show how to get into lane before the junction. It may also be used as an advance warning sign, in which case the relevant distance is shown on it.
