Meaning under the Decree

The sign informs the driver that the driver of an oncoming vehicle may enter the following section of road only where their vehicle and the oncoming vehicle can pass each other safely. The sign is placed facing the opposite direction of travel from the sign "Priority for oncoming vehicles".
