Meaning under the Decree

The signal takes the form of a full light. It may be supplemented by the symbol of a pedestrian, a cyclist, or a pedestrian and a cyclist, where crossing pedestrians or cyclists need to be highlighted. The signal may also take the form of a light arrow.
