Alcohol and other addictive substances
Zero tolerance, residual alcohol, medicines and the duty to undergo testing.
In the Czech Republic drivers are subject to zero tolerance of alcohol. There is no permitted limit, no “one beer won't hurt”. The Act doesn't put it as a limit in per mille but as a ban on an activity — and for a student that is an important difference.
