Driver's duties
What a driver must do on top of what applies to other road users (Sections 5 and 7).
A driver has the duties under Section 4 and, on top of that, a whole list of further ones in Sections 5 and 7. There are a lot of them, but they hang together on a single idea: the driver controls a machine that can kill, so more is expected of them than of anyone else. We'll go through the ones the exam asks about and the ones you deal with every day.
