Meaning under the Decree

The sign prohibits parking, that is, bringing the vehicle to rest for longer than the time strictly necessary for passengers to board or alight without delay, or for a load to be taken on or off without delay. Where a time is shown in the red circle in the lower part of the sign, the prohibition applies only during that time.
