Meaning under the Decree

The sign marks a road on which, in addition to the general rules of the road, special rules for motorway traffic apply. Use of a road so marked is subject to a toll or a time-based charge under other legislation, unless a supplementary plate below the sign says otherwise. On a road for motor vehicles, the sign simultaneously marks the end of the road for motor vehicles.
