No stopping

Meaning under the Decree

The sign prohibits stopping or parking, that is, bringing the vehicle to rest, except where this is caused by traffic conditions such as a stationary queue of vehicles. Where a time is shown in the red circle in the lower part of the sign, the prohibition applies only during that time.
